South County Meditation Group

The South County meditation group meets 9:00-10:15am on Sunday mornings for meditation and discussion at the Tierra Nueva Cohousing common room (map). We do not meet if there is a White Heron Sangha weekend retreat in Morro Bay.

All levels of experience are welcome. Although meditation instruction is not given each week, it is available upon request.
